Frequently asked questions

Does the app need an account or subscription?

No. Olimp Body Builder is free and works without an account, subscription, ads, or sign-in.

Where are my workouts and recovery check-ins stored?

Profiles, workout records, daily energy and soreness check-ins, progress, XP, and badges stay on this device. The app does not provide cloud sync or an online backup.

Does Olimp Body Builder need internet or device permissions?

No. The app's training journal works offline and does not request HealthKit, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or notification access.

Can I change kilograms and pounds?

Yes. Change the preferred weight unit in Profile. Saved loads are displayed using the selected unit.

How does the daily recovery check-in work?

You can record energy and muscle soreness once each day. This is a personal training note, not a medical assessment.

How do I delete everything?

Open Settings and choose Reset All Data, then confirm. You can also remove the app from the device. Deleted local data cannot be restored by the app.

Which languages are available in the app?

The app interface is currently in English.
